What is a good NON-IRRITATING deodorant or antiperspirant for people who tend to sweat alot? - non staining deodorant

I tend to perspire a lot and found a little annoying when shirts with sleeves. I do not care if I use antiperspirants or deodorants for men and women, provided they have no spots on the arms. Suggestions would be helpful, either.
