Kitchen Aid Mixer certainly take a long time. I have a series of 3 ka in the 1940s, which still works well for cake batters and cookie dough. My "new" 1970, AK) with 3 different palettes (paddles, whips and dough hooks and have a number of other for it - some of which, in fact my old one, but it fits. I'm pretty sure, 6 Qt is the largest financial KA ago. I do not know if they have a different name for the mixing of commercial size.

I do not know what you need, but I have no problem with the size of my blender. I bake a lot and everything! Mine is 4 1 / 2 liter.

Blender Hamilton Beach also has 7 fourths online, I looked to find a quick look at a higher KA.

Greater use Kitchenaid mixer set at home is 6 Qts. Cuisinart makes a mixer, 7 QT. If you need more help finding the best mix, a mix of commercial quality, because even though I think it is QT 7.9 sizes, the size would be just over 10 Qt can also be used 10Q Hobart mixer or stand in line Sales from restaurants into bankruptcy
